Acceptable Use Policy
Standards for responsible use of the Omnithium platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules governing acceptable and prohibited uses of Omnithium's platform and services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose
Omnithium provides powerful AI infrastructure intended for legitimate business, research, and development use cases. This policy exists to protect the platform, our users, third parties, and society from harmful, illegal, or unethical uses of AI capabilities. We are committed to responsible AI and expect the same from everyone who uses our platform.
2. Prohibited Uses
2.1 Illegal Activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Engage in or facilitate human trafficking or exploitation
- Produce, distribute, or possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Violate export control laws or sanctions regulations
2.2 Harmful Content
You may not generate or distribute content that:
- Incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of individuals
- Spreads deliberate medical misinformation that could endanger health or safety
- Contains graphic violence or gore with no legitimate educational or journalistic purpose
- Promotes or facilitates self-harm or suicide
2.3 Disinformation and Manipulation
You may not use the Service to:
- Create synthetic media (deepfakes) designed to deceive without clear disclosure
- Generate coordinated inauthentic behavior — fake personas, bot networks, or astroturfing campaigns
- Create or spread deliberate election disinformation
- Impersonate individuals, organizations, or government entities
- Produce content designed to manipulate public opinion through deceptive means
2.4 Malicious Code and Security Attacks
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code
- Develop or deploy cyberweapons or exploit kits
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or attack third-party systems
- Perform denial-of-service attacks or disrupt critical infrastructure
- Develop tools designed to evade security controls
2.5 Privacy Violations
You may not use the Service to:
- Collect, process, or expose personal data without proper legal basis or consent
- Build surveillance systems targeting individuals without their knowledge
- Aggregate personal data to create unauthorized profiles
- Scrape personal data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms
2.6 Weapons and Dangerous Materials
You may not use the Service to:
- Provide meaningful technical assistance in the development of biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons
- Generate synthesis routes for controlled substances
- Assist in the illegal acquisition, manufacture, or use of weapons
3. Platform Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Omnithium's systems without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Resell API access without a written reseller agreement
- Use automated scripts to excessively load the platform beyond normal operational patterns
- Interfere with other users' access to or enjoyment of the Service
4. Sensitive Use Cases
The following use cases are permitted but require additional care and may be subject to additional terms or human oversight requirements:
- Medical and legal advice: AI outputs must not replace licensed professional advice; disclose AI involvement
- Autonomous agents: Systems that take real-world actions (send emails, execute code, manage files) must have adequate human-in-the-loop controls
- Minor-facing applications: Additional safety controls are required for products used by or targeting minors
- High-stakes decisions: Decisions affecting employment, credit, healthcare, or criminal justice require human review
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this policy by another user or if you discover content that appears to violate these guidelines, please report it to trust@omnithium.ai. We investigate all reports and will take appropriate action.
6. Enforcement
Omnithium reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement. Our decisions are final.
We may also implement automated systems to detect policy violations. False positives can be appealed by contacting trust@omnithium.ai.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our understanding of AI risks evolves and as regulatory requirements change. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
